Brice Sensabaugh, an Orlando Florida standout, committed to Ohio State at the end of September, adding to the Buckeyes' already strong recruiting class.

Offers from some of this year's best schools including Ohio State, Xavier, Ole Miss, Virginia, Alabama, Vanderbilt, Florida, Clemson and more.

Brice Sensabaugh Selecting Ohio State

Sensabaugh selected Ohio State over Alabama, Georgia Tech, Cincinnati, and Clemson. Sensabaugh received an offer from Ohio State in August, but the Buckeyes quickly surged to the top of his list because his father is an alum and he grew up rooting for the team.

His connections with instructors Jake Diebler and Chris Holtmann have become stronger, thanks in part to their openness with him. “I think I’m a good fit for this team because I can really fill the small forward position,” said Sensabaugh. “Coach told me they were looking for someone to team up with the point guard. I think I can really help this team out. They welcomed me into their home and made me feel part of their extended family.”

Brice Sensabaugh Visits

Sensabaugh made three official visits before deciding on a college destination. He visited Georgia Tech on August 27th, Alabama on September 10th, and Ohio State on September 18th. He committed on the 28th to the Buckeyes by announcing live on Instagram and Twitter.

Ohio State 2022 Class

Ohio State currently has a Top 5 national class for 2022. With many players expected to leave Chris Holtmann's program over the next two years, this class serves as a reset to the roster. It is the highest-rated class in the Holtmann era.

Sensabaugh joins Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton four-star point guard Bruce Thornton, Mount Pleasant (Utah) Wasatch Academy four-star shooting guard Roddy Gayle Jr., Branson (Mo.) Link Year Prep four-star center Felix Okpara, and Cincinnati Princeton three-star shooting guard Bowen Hardman in the Buckeyes' 2022 recruiting class.
